Jordan holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership from University of Massachusetts (Boston) and a Bachelors in Business Administration from Colorado’s Leeds School of Business. As a consultant, facilitator, and coach, Jordan seeks to form long-term partnerships with clients, helping them become the leaders and contributors they want to be. Jordan is the founder and managing partner of OnTrac Partners, a management consulting firm, and author of LeaderLab, a modular leadership curriculum incorporating 360-degree feedback.
Jordan is certified in numerous assessment tools and has personally trained with Marshall Goldsmith (Employee Engagement), Dan Goleman (Emotional Intelligence), Pat Lencioni (Cohesive Teams) and Robert Fritz (Structural Consulting). He is a member of the Continuing Education faculty at Pricewaterhouse-Coopers, an adjunct instructor for the Federal Office of Personnel Management, and credentialed by Wiley Publishing as an Instructor Partner. Having completed the required coursework and coaching hours, Jordan is a member of the International Association of Coaching Professionals.
Jordan grew up in Honolulu and graduated from Punahou High School before pursuing education and professional opportunities on the mainland. After serving internally for several years as Senior Leadership Consultant at Hawaiian Airlines, Jordan now focuses his independent consulting practice on leadership and team development, executive coaching, performance management, strategic planning, and organizational culture-change.
